Scratch The Date provides curated and AI-generated dating ideas and allows users to save private notes and suggestions. The App does not host public user-generated posts or comments. Scratch The Date does not actively monitor all content in real time; however, we review reports of unlawful content promptly and take appropriate action. If you believe any content in the App is unlawful or violates our guidelines, please report it here: Report Content. Where action is taken, we provide a clear statement of reasons.
Any advertisements displayed in Scratch The Date are clearly labeled as “Ad.” We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors (the App is strictly 18+), and we do not use sensitive personal data for advertising. Personal data used for ad personalization is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU laws.
Scratch The Date may use information you provide in the App to personalize your experience (for example, by suggesting relevant date ideas or offering AI-generated content for premium users).
